You have choice to say 'NO' to stressful demands and situations.
Continious Worrying can create stress and illness. - Do something you enjoy instead
A victim of criticism? rather than feel bad about it, perhaps accept the criticism, examine it, do something about it if you feel is helpful, or let it go. If someone does not like something about you, thats the persons problem not yours.
Someone off loading their problems onto you and you do not want them to? “Sorry, I cannot manage your problems, please seek professional help”.
If you do listen to the troubles, listen and let the troubles go. - Do not hold onto them, they are not your life lessons
Holding onto something, or someone emotionally, not wanting to let them go - You are blocking your life progress, and creating self stress. - Accept the situation, let go and live.
Wanting something and can’t have it? Maybe it is not right for you at this time and something better is to come into your life.
Suffering and fear, because of past experiences? – Examine past experiences, learn lessons from them, let go and move on. The past ‘HAS’ happened. Live in the ‘NOW’ and ENJOY!
If you cannot find a solution to a situation. – Try widening your focus, your perception of things. - See the wider picture, not just what you see in front of you.

Do you keep talking about doing something and never do it, and stress out because you never get it done? - Walk your talk, (As long as it is positive) Have the confidence, courage and go and do it! - What’s stopping you? – Yourself!
Feeling stressed, Always busy? - You have choice. Make time for ‘you’ do what makes 'you' happy. Perhaps sit for ten minutes a day doing and thinking nothing. Meditation brings forth relaxation.
